Homesite preparation.
Clear the footprint. Give your builder a place to start.

Clearing, grubbing and a roughed-in pad so the builder shows up to a site that is ready instead of a tract that is not.
Footprint and working room
The house pad is the start. A builder also needs room to stage material, turn a concrete truck and park trades. We clear for the work, not just the slab.
Grubbing where it counts
Under a slab or a driveway, stumps and root mass have to come out. Mulching alone is not enough there, so we grub the footprint and leave the rest of the tract mulched.
Rough pad and drainage
We rough in the pad and shape the ground so water leaves the site instead of sitting on it. Final grade and engineered fill belong to your builder or a pad contractor.
A clear handoff
We tell you exactly where our scope stops so nobody bids the same dirt twice. We rough in the pad and the builder takes it from there.
Homesite prep questions.
- No. We rough it in. Engineered pads with compaction testing are a separate trade and we will say so up front.
Other work we do.
Good land. Clear possibilities.
Send photos of the brush and the gate, and tell us what you want the land to do. We come back with an approach and a day-rate ballpark.
Send tract photos.
Brush, the gate, and anything you want kept. Add the town and rough acreage and we call you back with a day range and an approach.
- We look at density, access and ground conditions.
- You get a day-rate range, not a per-acre guess.
- If it is not a job for our crew, we say so.
