Fence line & right of way.
Find the line. Open access. Keep the trees that matter.

A clean strip along the line so you can run new fence, repair old fence, or just see where your property actually ends.
Width to work in
Fence crews need room on both sides. We cut a strip wide enough to set posts, stretch wire and get a machine down the line without fighting brush.
Find the old line
On a tract that has sat, the fence is usually inside a thicket. We work it carefully so the existing wire and the corner posts come out visible rather than shredded.
Right of way and easements
Access roads, utility easements and pipeline right of way get the same treatment: open the corridor, keep the flagged trees, leave the ground covered.
The cheap add-on
If we are already on your tract for clearing, the fence line is inexpensive to add. It is the most common thing people wish they had included.
Fence line and ROW questions.
- We work off the line, not through it. Tell us if the fence is staying and we keep the machine clear of the wire.
Other work we do.
Good land. Clear possibilities.
Send photos of the brush and the gate, and tell us what you want the land to do. We come back with an approach and a day-rate ballpark.
Send tract photos.
Brush, the gate, and anything you want kept. Add the town and rough acreage and we call you back with a day range and an approach.
- We look at density, access and ground conditions.
- You get a day-rate range, not a per-acre guess.
- If it is not a job for our crew, we say so.
