Land clearing in Elgin.
Home ground. The yard is here.

Elgin is where we keep the equipment, so it is the shortest trailer pull we make. The ground runs from blackland on the west side toward the sandier post oak country as you go east toward Bastrop, and the brush changes with it.
We run out of Elgin and work roughly fifty miles out, so Elgin is a normal week for us. Call 512-905-0339 or send photos and we will tell you what your tract needs.
No transport to speak of
Mobilization is part of every clearing bid. On an Elgin tract it is about as small as it gets, which shows up in the day count.
Mesquite and yaupon both
West of town it is mesquite in old pasture. East of town the sandy ground grows yaupon and post oak thickets. Different machine speeds, different day rates.
County, mostly
Much of the acreage around Elgin is unincorporated Bastrop County, where brush clearing generally does not require a permit. Inside city limits, check first.
What we bring
A compact track loader with mulcher and grapple, plus a mini excavator. That pair covers mulching, grubbing, pad work and pond grading, and it fits where oversized machines cannot go.

- We look at density, access and ground conditions.
- You get a day-rate range, not a per-acre guess.
