Land clearing in east Austin.
Infill lots and leftover acreage inside the city.

East Austin work is mostly lots rather than acreage: a parcel that has sat long enough to grow a thicket, hemmed in by houses on both sides. The ground is blackland clay and the constraint is access, not brush.
We run out of Elgin and work roughly fifty miles out, so East Austin is a normal week for us. Call 512-905-0339 or send photos and we will tell you what your tract needs.
Permits and protected trees
Austin has some of the strictest tree rules in the state, including heritage trees. Nothing comes down until you know what is protected. Ask the city first.
Tight access is the whole job
A compact track loader through a standard gate is often the only machine that fits. This is exactly where compact equipment earns its keep.
Neighbors are close
Mulching in place means no burn pile, no dump trucks, and a finished lot at the end of the day instead of a week of hauling.
What we bring
A compact track loader with mulcher and grapple, plus a mini excavator. That pair covers mulching, grubbing, pad work and pond grading, and it fits where oversized machines cannot go.
